The Ai-La brand aims to focus on serving locally-sourced seafood and vegetables in a beautiful bistro.
The communication strategy: Both Aileen and Lachlaan are interested in Tall Ships, so the visual theme for The Ai-La Restaurant brand is based on the theme of fish and water. The design style is influenced by William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement. Particularly his use of green and blue-colored nature objects and their movements.
