What started as a simple sketch of a friend had new life breathed into it when my lady love insisted on having a piece of my artwork on the wall.
The original sketch was scanned in and meticulously re-drawn in Adobe Illustrator.
When it came to deciding on how to print, it was determined that the most interesting and cost-effective approach was to break the illustration up into two 20x30" frames. For further visual appeal, the frames were intentionally offset.
After the illustration was re-drawn in Illustrator, each layer was transfered to Adobe Photoshop for the final step of adding a half-tone pattern for a Pop Art look.
