Le Volcan de Lemptégy est un site unique en Europe : il est le seul volcan dont on peut découvrir l’intérieur et l’anatomie. En effet, le périple de 2h30 plonge les visiteurs dans l’univers fascinant de la volcanologie de manière ludique et accessible.
Le projet était d'animer la naissance d'un volcan et la création de Lemptégy pour ça, nous avons choisi en un style flat design et une explication de forme : exposé, c'est pas sorcier. Le tout expliqué dans une attraction créé sur site. Il y a 3 parties, la première création et naissance de Lemptégy, une deuxième qui raconte la partie historique du volcan et la troisième qui était les moyens d’exploitation.

The Volcan de Lemptégy is a unique site in Europe: it is the only volcano whose interior and anatomy can be discovered. Indeed, the 2h30 tour plunges the visitors into the fascinating universe of volcanology in a playful and accessible way.
The project was to animate the birth of a volcano and the creation of Lemptégy for that, we chose in a flat design style and an explanation of form: exposed, it is not wizard. The whole explained in an attraction created on site. There are 3 parts, the first creation and birth of Lemptégy, a second one which tells the historical part of the volcano and the third one which was the means of exploitation.

I have here the different types of animation on the creation of a volcano and the birth of Lemptégy.
Pour la partie historique, nous avions choisi une timeline pour montrer l’évolution de l'exploitation du site. Pour ce faire, une manivelle était utilisée pour faire avancer dans le temps l'animation.
For the historical part, we chose a timeline to show the evolution of the site's exploitation. To do this, a crank was used to move the animation forward in time.
Pour appuyer le côté historique, nous avions fait jouer deux comédiens pour reconstituer une scène qui a impacté le site. Pour ce faire un tournage en studio, une projection sur 5 écrans, dans un style silhouette.
To support the historical side, we had two actors play a scene that has impacted the site. To do this, a studio shooting, a projection on 5 screens, in a silhouette style.
Pour la dernière partie qui était les moyens d’exploitation du site, nous avions choisi des animations avec des particules en noir et blanc, car la projection était sur des murs noirs et c'était pour représenter le passé ainsi que la poussière.
For the last part which was the means of exploitation of the site, we had chosen animations with black and white particles, because the projection was on black walls and it was to represent the past as well as the dust.
