My artwork that bagged the 1ST place for print in the very first National Digital Arts Awards in our country.
The contest was held by Globaltronics which was the premiere supplier of LED boards locally.
The story and theme revolves on the combination of the Philippines historical and cultural backgrounds including festivals, monuments, transportations, landscapes and just about everything that uniquely embodies the filipino spirit.
Artwork & element studies
Eurasian Tree Sparrow  - is the most common bird in the cities and is mostly mistaken as "maya".
Butanding - The largest fish in the world, and regularly swims to the Philippine waters. 
The Baro’t sayais the unofficial national dress of the Philippines and is worn by women. The name is a contraction of the Tagalog words baro at saya, meaning "dress (blouse) and skirt".
Dr. Jose Rizal - was a Filipino nationalist, novelist, poet, ophthalmologist, journalist, and revolutionary. He is widely considered the greatest national hero of the Philippines. He was the author of Noli Me Tángere, El Filibusterismo, and a number of poems and essays. He was executed on December 30, 1896 by a squad of Filipino soldiers of the Spanish Army.
Above are some of PH's top landmarks including The Banaue Rice Terraces, ,Mayon Volcano, Rizal Monument at Rizal Park, The Edsa Statue and windmills of Ilocos
 
The default draft colors for this specific work would be Blue, Red & Yellow symbolizing the Philippine flag however, In the final phase I have decided to shift into more nature type tones (greens) to reflect a more organic and fresh feel
