Women’s History Month is a celebration of women’s contributions to history, culture and society and has been observed annually in the month of March in the United States since 1987. While we usually reflect on women in the United States, I decided to choose prominent women from my community.

The National Women’s History Alliance designates a yearly theme for Women's History Month. The 2022 theme is "Women Providing Healing, Promoting Hope." This theme is "both a tribute to the ceaseless work of caregivers and frontline workers during this ongoing pandemic and also a recognition of the thousands of ways that women of all cultures have provided both healing and hope throughout history."

I designed an entire suite for WBBJ's social media, including a Cover Photo and Profile Picture Frame. 

Each woman has a 4s/10s ID that airs on our station as well as a 10s promo.

I also had the distinct pleasure of scripting, filming, editing, and producing WBBJ's own Women's History Month promos highlighting the women of our station.

It has been an honor to bring awareness to the women who have worked so hard to do amazing things both in my community and my workplace. I am proud to be a part of WBBJ and look forward to celebrating with women
