Berdorf Goodman Holiday Windows
The enchantment lives on at Bergdorf Goodman again this year as we celebrate Holidays on Ice. The ice was a feature element in all designs, even Fourth of July. There is a 9 foot tall vixen for Halloween and a treat for all in the Valentines Day view. A vanity made of ice, confectionary that makes you want to head downtown to Venieros Bakery and stunning romantic attire with Giambattista Valli Couture and Oscar de la Renta. With a flower wall in the backdrop and crystals dripping everywhere I imagine it entirely pretty in pink. Installation Designer David Hoey and his magical team deserve a hats off for keeping charm alive on 5th at 58th with the traditional holiday windows.
I photograph these windows to feature the female characters represented and contributing to the timelessness of the scenes that delight the mind and spark imagination year after year.
