Festival Branding

Visual Identity for a Wine Festival in Athens, Greece, as a student project for my Branding course at Vakalo Art & Design College. The concept is based on ancient Greeks' love for wine and their wine fest, Great Dionysia.

Logo
The logo is made up of the elegant and contemporary Le Murmure combined with the decorative Tan Liebe.
Replacing the E's with the wavy Tan Liebe gives a unique character to the logo and at the same time, it conveys the feeling of giddiness from dancing and drinking loads of wine.




Visuals
Inspired by the ancient Greek black-figure pottery, I've created various figures doing festival acts, following the same wavy aesthetic. The vibrant and colorful backgrounds indicate the joyful character of the festival.
