PASYM prefabricated architecture
Pasym - Poland
Pasym is a project to manage 9 parcels on Lake Kalwa. Every house is inspired by local traditional architecture.
ABOUT
Each plot is about 3,000 sq m. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a garage and a Finnish sauna. Every house is made in a prefabricated system. The structure is wooden. The walls are finished with ceramics.

CONCEPTUAL SKETCH
GROUND FLOOR PLAN
Every house is organized on the ground floor and has a bedroom loft. The house is open to all sides of the world. Terraces are fitted with pergolas that protects against rain and sun.

The project is creating a concept for the implementing project up to authors suppervision. We love beautiful details and collaboration with building contractors.

The house is built in a prefabricated wooden structure.
MATERIALS
We used a lot of oily wood, brick, mineral plaster, and wood windows in this project.
