Since 2018 I started taking my sketchbooks with me when travelling. The first time I tried to capture my memories in sketches was my short vacation in Batumi, Georgia. I drew these pictures with alcohol markers.
Some of Georgian specialties like churchkhela or Borjomi were already familiar to me but it was in Batumi when I tried wine made in qvevri and saw the vessels themselves for the first time.
