Pictures Of Rural Life
A world full of scent, love, warmth, but also pain. Such is the book by Božena Němcová - Grandmother. The book took me back to my childhood in the village to my grandmother, whom I am constantly with something she helped around the house, or with housework, she baked the best cakes and hers the arms were always open.
Grandma is portrayed in the book as a kind, wise and kind woman. I often read the book
pictures of my grandmother emerged, how she lived, she told, she was just as fabulous as Grandma
in the book. The book always reminds me of her. This work can be read by anyone, but only at a certain age he will understand him completely. And only then will he come to the secret that the book keeps. It's a treasury cultural, moral and ethical values that are marginalizing in today's world,
and yet they remain immortal, making man human.

The cover of the book, Grandma was very pious, kissed her cross every morning and started to pray. That's why I put such a photo on the envelope, because that's how Grandma started every day and so on it also starts with a photo of the book.
My mother and I baked bread, it occurred to me that it would be appropriate for the story when Grandma came to her daughter and the first thing she did was start baking bread. I arranged a still life,
I put a cross pendant, a candlestick and a salt shaker. The bread, before being sliced, I make a cross from below, and the best is with salt. I used natural light falling through

The photo showing the children by the horses is taken in the village of Novoť na Orave, another one has been preserved a village in which the old village life still predominates, my little cousins are on it, he captures how they play in the meadow. Photographed on Zenit11, fujicolor.
One of the main characters is the eldest granddaughter of Barunka, the young beautiful girl they are interested in stories Grandmother and considers her a role model, she spends a lot of time in the meadow with siblings and collects flowers, so there were also photos where the girl holds flowers and runs, spins, etc. because Barunka was full of life and enjoyed every moment. The preparation for the photo was like that, I contacted mine friend, I took the right clothes, the closest to the time I'm at home found and we went to a meadow in the village Plevník-Drienové.
The photo of apples is also symbolic, in that, Grandma went with the children to pick various fruits, especially apples are mentioned. Grandma also had her favorite apple tree, about which she said that when she dies, the apple tree dies with her. That's how it happened.
The story also mentions a hunter Rhyzburg who went with his dog to the forest.
I contacted my father if he would help me with that, he gladly took our dog and we deployed to the car and went to the nearest meadow. We also met while photographing an elderly couple who came for the cows that came they were grazing in the meadow and asked why we were taking pictures on their land:D, so I told them why and they wished me good luck.

Photos are taken on a Nikon D7000 and edited in black and white in Photoshop. I wanted
get as close as possible to the events that are taking place in Grandma. That's why I went
Čičmany, which is a natural open-air museum and there are well-preserved houses, a photo was taken there
of pitchers and cups on the fence.
