Children between the age of 3 to 5 develop a great need to learn by doing things, It helps them to understand and explore the world freely. The conventional education system limits kid’s imagination and creativity. Thus, the preschool should address this problem clearly and provide children with tools and skillset of “learning by doing” to explore the world around them. The fundamental key to mediate between conventional education and “learning by doing” is to create flexible spaces to accommodate multi-function in different sitting-like spaces in which can host a classroom or semi-outdoor group session about nature. The impact of such education on children is fundamental to be able to learn for themselves and to serve their communities and aware of its needs.

Design principles:
1-Individual and collective: Different space sizes to provide small group or larger classroom
(Outdoor learning space, Flexible classrooms, Children cave, Celebration space)
2-Scale and wonder: different scales in school complex to create a sense of wonder and adventure. (Adventure playground, Children cave, Arcades, and stairs)
3-Protection and freedom: Defining school boundaries without segregating them from the outside world. (Entrance room, Positive outdoor room, Adventure playground)
4-Light and dark: Dark soft spaces of individual activity and bright spaces for public gathering (Classrooms, Outdoor learning space, Playground, Arcades)
5-outdoor and indoor: The relationship between inside protected, enclosed spaces and an outside open world full of life and light.
(Arcades and stairs, Positive outdoor room, Adventure playground
Construction Method
Creating a flexible model is vital in our proposal to adopt our design approach and strategy and to ensure flexibility in the construction process. The model proposes a construction technique in which the building can grow easily in all directions and accommodate either indoor or outdoor spaces as per the needs in each situation. Building
elements designed to accommodate other fixations to it.
