I've made a cover for a literary quarterly titled Mystery Tribune (mysterytribune.com), dedicated to coverage of fiction, interviews, comics, and art/photography. My illustration is based on a story featured on the issue, which is "The Chocolate Room" by Laura Benedict. The story is about a mysterious murder in a candy store, and I wanted to create an appropriate atmosphere in my illustration.
