Smith, Gambrell & Russell is a law firm with offices in Atlanta, New York, Florida, Washington D.C. and Frankfurt. 'Trust the Leaders' is a quarterly publication and has over 8,000 subscribers. Most articles in the magazine are written by their attorneys.
Armed with only a minimal design budget and battling the dry subject matter of law I set about transforming the title with a new look and giving it a unique personality.
Conceptual thinking was required to illustrate most features. This allowed the integration of visual humor to soften the seriousness of the topics and make for a more enjoyable read.
