Having received an autism diagnosis at the age of 23, Scott Klumb maintains affiliations with charitable organizations that support people with autism, including the Autism Society of Colorado (ASC).

The Autism Society of Colorado has a mission to connect individuals with autism worldwide to the resources they require to live wholesome lives. One such resource is social and support groups. ASC organizes several support groups for Colorado residents, including the Adults With Autism Support Group.

ASC's Adult with Autism Support Group allows adult individuals with autism to find support and connect. The support group is not intended to replace professional therapy but rather to provide a platform for guests to discuss issues faced by the autistic community. The group organizes age-specialized in-person meetings. On Wednesdays from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m, members of the ASC's Adult With Autism support group in their 20s and 30s will convene for a meeting. Members aged 40 and upwards hold their meetings on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Tuesday and Wednesday, adult support groups convene for discussion in the first and third weeks of each month.
