Hines, the international real estate firm, came to ON Advertising to create the website for their brand new building in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Problem.
Design a website for a new luxury residential high-rise community. The website needs to reflect high-end standards and luxury to attract potential clients when they open the site.
Goals.
- To engage at least 30% of the building capacity in the first two weeks of the pre-leasing.
- To provide the user with an exclusive and unique experience during the site navigation.

Concept
The serenity of the desert-inspired them in combination with the night. Create a space where the user can feel the luxury of the building with every click and interaction—completing the user immersion through the use of colors such as gold and navy blue.
