The project in the residential complex "Leontievsky Cape" is interesting because the apartment is two-level. The design used a rich palette of materials: a lot of marble, stucco, wood. On the ground floor there is a living area: a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a children's room. And the second floor became a spa area with a hammam, a mini kitchen and a lounge.
