This project was made in my first year of Master, during Peter van Blokland's class. It explores the idea of designing with programming, in this case the language of choice being Processing. Designing a few pages of the book "Le Petit Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry showed me a new way of viewing the design process. When designing, if you want to move an image from one point to the other, you don't just click and drag it, you write its' coordinates in pixels based on a grid that you made. When you want to change the typeface weight, you write about three lines of code, specifying which string of text you want to change and arranging the paragraphs using coordinates. It involved a lot of trial, error, redesigning and testing. Also many missing semicolons(;) along the way. Read Less
