The idea is to show a liquid animation, like floating milk, forming letters. After that animation, the text will continue waving like milk-filled letters. I was looking for a quick solution, not a big setup with multiple comps & heavy effects, one more concern was quick rendering, So this is the result after using roughen edges, a Simple choker & Gaussian blur.
