AL-GHURI shelving had been created through Mamluk Design Workshop between Mamluk Art House and DESIGNDUSTRY . In this workshop there were about 10 talented designers who created 10 different authentic designs inspired from Mamluk architecture.
The designers analyzed Mamluk Architecture by visiting many places in old Cairo.
The design came to life after a long study and analysis for Mamluk architecture and patterns.
The prototype has been manufactured in the factory of Pinocchio Furniture.
