Klimaliste Düsseldorf
- Flyer Kommunalwahl 2020 -
Einer meiner Kunden während meines Praktikums bei jacoedo war die Klimaliste Düsseldorf, eine junge aufstrebende Partei. Sie befasst sich, wie der Name schon sagt, mit klimarelevanter Politik und Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Klimakrise und Verhinderung eines Kollaps des Weltklimas. Zudem sind sie sehr sozialökonomisch veranlagt und wollen insgesamt eine bessere Welt schaffen. Die Klimaliste ist Deutschlandweit vertreten. Meine Aufgabe war es, Flyer zur Kommunalwahl 2020 anzufertigen.

One of my customers during my internship at jacoedo was the Klimaliste Düsseldorf, a young up-and-coming political party. As the name suggests, it deals with climate-related politics and measures to contain global warming and prevent a collapse of the global climate. In addition, they are very socio-economically inclined and want to create a better world overall. The Klimaliste is represented throughout Germany. My job was to make flyers for the 2020 local elections.
Entstanden ist eine einzigartige Kampagne mit wiedererkennungswert und einer starken Botschaft, nämlich einer Botschaft von Handlungsbedarf und der Notwendigkeit von Klimaorientierter Politik, um die immer neuen Katastrophen und Auswirkungen der Klimakrise einzudämmen und präventiv zu verhindern. Die Bildsprache ist hier eindeutig. Ein schwelendes Brandloch, ein schmelzender Eisberg und eine zerquetschte Wasserflasche stehen Symbolisch für drei der größten Probleme unserer Zeit: Die Erderwärmung, das dadurch entstehende Schmelzen von essentiellen Eisflächen, sowie dem gigantischen Müllproblem unserer Erde. All das wird abgebildet auf Schlagzeilen, die eben diese und ähnliche Thematiken behandeln. So ist der Flyer nicht nur ein Hingucker, sondern auch ein Stück Aufklärung und Wach-Macher, passend zu der jungen Partei.
Auf der Rückseite des Flyers findet man eine kurze Vorstellung und die Ziele der Klimaliste, sowie die Vorstellung der Oberbürgermeisterkandidatin Celine Coldewe. Außerdem noch ein Gruppenfoto der Stadtratskandidaten der Partei. Auf beiden Seiten befindet sich ein QR Code für den schnellen Zugriff auf die Website der Klimaliste Düsseldorf.

The result is a unique campaign that is recognizable and has a strong message, a message about the need for action and the need for climate-oriented politics in order to contain and precautionary prevent the ever-new catastrophes and effects of the climate crisis. The imagery here is clear. A smoldering burn hole, a melting iceberg and a crushed water bottle symbolizing three of the biggest problems of our time: global warming, the resulting melting of essential ice surfaces, and the gigantic waste problem on our planet. All of this additionally is depicted in headlines that deal with these and similar topics. So the flyer is not only an eye-catcher, but also a piece of information and a wake-up call, suitable for the young party.
On the back of the flyer you will find a brief introduction and the goals of the climate list, as well as the introduction of the mayoral candidate Celine Coldewe. Also a group photo of the party's city council candidates. There is a QR code on both sides for quick access to the website.

- Kleider-Tauschparty Plakat -
Ein weiterer Auftrag als Mitglied und Designerin der Klimaliste Düsseldorf war die Gestaltung eines Plakates für eine Kleidertauschparty in dem Unverpacktladen Pure Note auf der Brunnenstraße. Das Plakat enthält alle wichtigen Infos, sowie einen QR-Code zu der Corona bedingt notwendigen Anmeldungsseite. Es spiegelt. der Charakter der Partei durch die knitterige Papierstruktur, dem recycling Herz und die Farben wieder.

Another assignment as a member and designer of the Klimaliste Düsseldorf was the design of a poster for a clothes swap party in the Pure Note unpackaged shop on Brunnenstrasse. The poster contains all the important information, as well as a QR code for the registration page that is required due to Corona. It reflects. the character of the party through the crumpled paper structure, the recycle heart and the colors.
