The Precor Upright Stationary Cycle features easy seat adjustment, multiple hand hold options, and accurate biomechanic and ergonomic geometry, embodied in a simple, straightforward, and motivating form. The Upright shares an open step-through architecture with the Precor Recumbent cycle, providing a wide user cockpit between the seat and handlebars. The handlebars support three different hand positions, corresponding to the phase of the riding workout: Start, Comfort, and Aero.

I was responsible for initial product scope, product architecture, user study and ergonomic conclusions, final surfacing in SolidWorks, color/material/finish, and communicating design intent to multiple vendors, while meeting or bettering cost and schedule goals.
