For MarkLives.com's annual Agency Leaders Awards, I created a poster that captures the essence of the hard work and chaos it takes to pull off an award-winning campaign.

 
Prompting the winning agencies to glance over at the poster during late nights and be reminded that it can all be worth it.

A diverse set of characters was created to reflect an authentic creative team, ranging from designers and copy writers all the way to project managers and interns.
