Genpact is the European service leader in reengineering and business process management. Pioneering many solutions in the industry, Genpact has supported many intelligent companies in their strive to outperform. The global rebranding in 2012 came from their need to raise the overall brand awareness and to strengthen the company’s position in their 12 European offices.
Office Branding
 
The global rebranding project that Genpact has been through revealed a new visual identity based on new chromatics and a new positioning message. The office branding project started when the Romanian team felt the need to support the organizational culture with the new brand messages. Our challenge was to creatively express the new logo, chromatics and positioning in the company’s Bucharest office.
Anniversary Campaign
 
2012 is Genpact’s 10th year of existence since they opened the first European office in Budapest, Hungary. Starting with a team of 10 people in Budapest, Genpact has been through a decade of major transformation and growth. Genpact has over 50 global clients from over 20 different industries, from retail, insurance and banking to production, energy and oil.
 
In this context of global growth for Genpact, we developed the communication concept for the company’s 10-year anniversary campaign.
 
The graphic language was based on the internal communication strategy. The design borrowed elements from the organizational culture, revealing an anniversary logo.
 
The anniversary spirit and brand personality inspired the campaign messages in all materials: posters, online newsletters, invitations, employee interviews, and internal presentations.
 
We also created anniversary info graphic that is in line with the visual language of the brand and reflects the business philosophy, as well as its core competences and achievements in the 10 years of existence. The 10-year anniversary campaign was the first integrated internal campaign that Genpact has implemented after the global rebranding, which helped the organization get familiarized with the new brand language, apart from giving everyone a chance to celebrate with 30.000 other Genpact employees from all over Europe.
