The name of the illustration is “Heal me Jeezas!”.This was made in 2020 about the COVID-19. We were very free in this class to create whatever we wanted in relation to the theme, covid-19 in Jamaica.  For this piece I wanted to tell a story using the still life and written elements. Let the viewer put the pieces together like a crime scene.

For me, this was one of my favorite pieces because of what I learned from the experience. What I learned is the importance of maintaining artistic integrity and being confident in your vision. I was almost convinced that this piece was not good but with some reflection I realized that it was okay.
