Concept
It is no secret that in many ways the essence of design determines the client's outlook. The clients of this project, for example, are not afraid of minimalism and white walls. That is why the interior is clean and architectural with light graphic accents.
The main background materials - microcement and painted walls - are enlivened by the locally used warm wood. The simple geometry of the rooms is complicated by the podium construction of the stairs, linear black stretch lights and fireplace, which is the center of the composition of the first floor.
It is worth mentioning separately the second floor, the attic. The sharp angle of the roof of the house and the planning decision determined the perception of its design. We played with the design features of the house, turning them into visual accents while maintaining the ergonomics of the space.

Living space
The conciseness of the forms is also perfectly traced in the selection of lighting scenarios. We have 2 types of built-in lighting - black and white, with the smallest possible diameter. Instead of sconces there is linear LED lighting in the profile, the accent light is the aforementioned black extensions.
We used one of the walls in the living room area to place a projection screen that will allow family members and their guests to spend time with each other watching their favorite movies.

Parent block
The main distinguishing feature of this floor are the panoramic windows, which are the visual accent of each room.
Bathroom
In addition to the bedroom, the parent block also consists of a bathroom and a separate toilet room. Master bathroom is separated from the bedroom by large glass partitions, which is an unusual solution, but fully consistent with the overall concept.
Of the interesting things in this room, there is a bath in the center of the room and a “floating” countertop.
Restroom
Children block
Considering the design features of the attic floor, we placed the play area in the form of a grid at a height of 3 meters from the floor level. It is  not only safe and nifty solution but also rational too. It allows us to use the space as efficiently as possible.
