The urban environment needs care, attention of citizens and participation in support of sustainable development. Therefore, the appearance of a place where activists and all concerned residents of the capital won’t just talk, but act, will allow Kyiv to bloom not only with May chestnuts.

In 2021 the President of Ukraine supported an initiative to create an urban eco hub around the country.

THE CODE

044 is no longer the only area code. It is the city's cultural code. IT'S A CODE, MARK, COMMAND as in a programming language. EK044 is a sign that unites people around a common goal — to preserve the city's ecology.

WORDS ARE VERY UNNECESSARY

We used a technique with "substitution of concepts" — in the video, you see one thing and hear the sound of another. That is how we claim without words that where there is a landfill, there may be a forest.
