Humans have always had a deep rooted connection with nature, but it was not till recently that human actions started altering the ecology and geology of our biosphere. It's estimated that 20 billion pairs of shoes are produced annually, with roughly 300 million pairs ending up in landfills after they have been worn. Through this collection I want to present an alternative to help minimize pollution. Keeping 3R's (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) principle in mind, I had an idea to vamp old shoes into corset.

In case of bad condition of the shoes- painting, patchwork and different kinds of embellishments can also be done.
