2014 - ceramic tiles
Contours is a collection of ceramic tiles inspired by mosaic work.
This project emphasizes the interstice between the tiles. Each form is outlined by the seam thus creating an intricate pattern. Usually made for waterproofing the gap between two tiles, the seam has here an aesthetic role and entirely takes part in the final arrangement.
Contours exists in different colors, glazed or not, that can match or contrast with the seam’s color.
