These are news feature video stories I've produced over the years.
My first video product as a newly minted Air Force Broadcast Journalist. The Dyess AFB Command Chief was about to retire, and I was asked to create a feature story wherein he talks about his career.
Storytellers was an event, which multiple Air Force bases participated in. There was a pre-produced communications plan with specific branding requirements, and each base was encouraged to use that plan, and those branding elements, to generate their own advertisements for any upcoming Storytellers event.
The Secretary of the Air Force and Chief of Staff of the Air Force visited my deployed location, and they talk about their experiences during the visit.
I produced this video ahead of our Ample Strike assignment to Europe. It explained why we were going to Europe, and what we hoped to accomplish while there. I produced it a few months before the actual trip, and "aired it" once we arrived in theater.
Ample Strike was more than an opportunity to deter Russian aggression in Central Europe. It was also a historic event wherein the newly reactivated 489th Bomb Group returned to England for the first time since World War II. This is the story of that return, and about a special group of people that kept the memory of the 489th and its exploits alive during the seven-decade hiatus.
