Mouneh is a 600-page culinary book on Lebanese pantry foods written and photographed by Barbara Abdeni Massaad. Winner of the prestigious Gourmand Cookbook Award, Mouneh is a compilation of a 5-year food journey, where the author traveled around Lebanon gathering traditional recipes, anecdotes and interviews.
