One of a series of 17 short documentaries I created for the Prince Rupert Community Arts Council, exploring how the Arts have adapted and persevered through the pandemic. I greatly enjoyed experimenting with the illustrations through simple animation.
"Ocean's Captain is the story of a woman who finds her way to a life on the sea, a life where she is the captain. This video tells the story of how a writer and an artist, with coincidentally similar stories of their own, came together to bring this story to life.
