IPT Associates created a new staffing agency, called Staffility, as an extension to their systems and software development corporation. This new venture finds experts in the IT and software development industry and places them into federal projects. The Staffility logo would need to align closely with IPT's logo and brand.

The goal was to hire developers that can seamlessly transition into any phase of a project with little training or disruption to the process. We used this idea to explore opportunities to show this in a visual way.

We designed an icon of a stack of building blocks that represents the different phases of a project. The yellow block symbolizes the new hire sliding seamlessly into their new role within a project. We used a lowercase font that is friendly and personable to be consistent with the tone of the new brand.
