This photo shoot was inspired by the Ralph Lauren, company. Although this dress was made at the end of my senior year of High school. These photos were taken in the Fall of 2013.
This dress was made during a competion called,The Fashion Throwdown, in the Fall of 2013. At a event that Abercombie and Fitch sponsored.
At the Fashion Throwdown you are put on a team with two others, (My team consisted of two other freshman, Greg Dugdale and Talia Blyer). In addition we had six hours from start to finish for this garment.
SCAD, I believe is the only art school in United States that has Equestrian Studies as a major and has a Equestrian team. Which is an interesting fact and which makes this school, so unique.
Madison McClarren who is my model for the dress above is a Equestrian Major at SCAD. Also Jackie A. Gentile, who is the other woman in the pictures is a Ilustration major at SCAD, but is on the Equestrian team at SCAD. In addition, I would to thank Sarah Gardner, who is a double majoring in Graphic Design and Photography, and helped me take these photos.
