The interest of same-sex marriage has been a prominent issue in the media today. People seem to focus on the religion aspect of the debate. I wanted to drive the attention to the people- the main point of the whole "problem". Marriage should not be based on someones gender. The idea that "love has no gender" is a statement that focuses on the people in a relationship not what some people label them.
