For the Ascend 2019 conference, the months leading up to and during the events at the 7 global sites: Berlin, Denmark, Helsinki, Stockholm, London, Miami and Australia. With the largest of the events in Miami with over 600 attendees.

We were tasked with creating various banners to highlight the venues, speakers
and topics. Materials for the various awards and lead-up nominees, awards winner videos and certificates. Name badges, reception screens, background graphics, etc.

From printed way finding artwork at each site, reception desk graphics, attendee name tags and all the digital banners and motion elements. Promo sting, Main event opening video. Whilst providing graphics to the event production company in New York for the Miami Beach Fountainebleu Hotel and LIV nightclub.

Despite the different locations and various language updates we were able to deliver the required artwork as and when needed. A truly epic project and relished the opportunity.
