This poster has several images in it. The background is images of hand, each image has been masked. I use adjustment curves in Photoshop is allow different contrast to the hand color. Since one of the major symptoms of Parkinson's is the shaking of the hands, I wanted to relate help for Parkinson's back to hands. I wanted the type to stand out from the background so I put a low opacity black layer behind the type to lower the brightness of the background and set apart the type.
