- entrance hall with enough storage space and place to keep a baby stroller, corridor;
- master bathroom with entrance from the bedroom;
- guest bathroom combined with laundry room or a separate one;
- bedroom combined with a compact but spacious wardrobe;
- children's room;
- home office that can be used as a guest room;
- two open balconies with barbecue area;
- sleeping place for a dog.
