The following images were a pitch for the main title sequence of Comedy Central's Roast of Joan Rivers. The Roasts are all about poking fun, and Joan Rivers is a pretty easy boa wearing target. As a basis, I wanted to illustrate Joan chewing up and spitting out Hollywood so to speak, as she often does with red carpet celebrities. I also wanted to take a crack at her countless plastic surgeries and many faces she's had. These images attempt to marry those two ideas, simply with bubblegum and a dash of Mr. Potato Head.
