MINI TRACK VELO
This concept addresses the demand of urban dwellers for fashionable bicycles with regard to their often small accommodations. Simple mechanics and light weight make it a reliable companion for everywhere one goes – from street, to work, to the apartment.
The geometry is a scaled down version of the iconic “Weis Hammer Track”, and also draws heavily on Yamaguchi frame designs.
The short seat stays allow a belt or chain to be mounted without a frame breach or other mechanism. To make it street legal a brake can be mounted in between the chain stays, which is also the reason for the use of an eccentric bottom bracket.
