"The Endangered Elite"
From left to right we have: Amazilia castaneiventris (Chestnut-bellied Hummingbird), Lepidopyga lilliae (Sapphire-bellied Hummingbird), Eupherusa cyanophrys (Blue-capped Hummingbird), Glaucis dohrnii (Hook-billed Hermit Hummingbird), and Amazilia boucardi (Mangrove Hummingbird).
*The is the version without the text, my personal favorite.
This is the original scan of the front of the envelope (the version with the text) that I received as confirmation that my mail art has arrived safely at the Mail Me Art 3 headquarters.
And here was the address side of that same mail art.
Here we have: Selasphorus ardens (Glow-throated Hummingbird) and Eupherusa poliocerna (White-tailed hummingbird).
And this is what the linework looked like before the painting came in.

And finally, this was an alternate version of the back side image that I created for my own whimsy.
