We had the pleasure of filming a promo video for Adem London. Founder Adem Oygur (watch our documentary about Adem and his inspiring journey), an award winning hair stylist from London was frustrated with the products he was using on his clients, products that were full of harsh chemicals. He knew he had to do something about this and with his sheer hard work, desire and blind faith, he manifested in creating an organic cosmetics brand with hazelnuts at the core of the brand. The hazelnuts used in his cosmetics line are grown and harvested on his very own family farm.
Adem's family has four generations of experience in hazelnut farming. Their farm is in Turkey, in a small village high up in the lush mountains of Divaniturk, Kumru. The family survives on what the land produces. The hazelnut plays a vital role for the locals.
