This illustration was an exercise in fusing traditionally illustrated figures with abstract 2D forms. Duotones were used to create areas of distinct contrast, as though there is information to be gleaned, but there are just more cascading shapes. I think of it as a statement on fundamental formlessness and the subjectivity of information.
