Book cover for "Kiffe ta Race". This book is named after the podcast "Kiffe ta Race", hosted by Rokhaya Diallo and Grace Ly. They aim to tackle sensitive and necessary questions about race, inclusivity and representation. Supported by sociologists, historians and professors, the book "Kiffe ta Race" written by Rokhaya Diallo and Grace Ly, presents as a guiding tool to help navigate through racial topics in our society.
Thoughts behind the cover of "Kiffe ta Race". I wanted to display portraits of our multicultural society, among poppy flowers. As in nature, poppy flowers don't face the sun the exact same way, I wanted to present in a metaphorical way, how our multicultural society and diverse identities, don't experiment racial issues and experiences the same way either.
