THE DOOR
A screenprinting project utilizing CMYK stenciling methods – with a twist. The print was designed so that the image would alter depending on the light reflecting off of it. Originally, this was planned to work using anaglyph 3D's colored-glasses, however, shifting the focus to light-reflection allowed for a larger viewing audience. This effect is achieved utilizing a handheld color-changing 800-Lumen LED bulb.
Below, both the printed and digital version of the colors are available – due to the process, the effect cannot be viewed on screens without anaglyphic 3D glasses and the red/cyan version.
