Zing Music Awards (ZMA) is an annual online music award organized by Zing MP3 with the aim of honoring the efforts of artists, reflecting the overall picture of the music market, as well as the audience's tastes listen to music online. The awards are entered into the #zingchart chart of Zing MP3 to make a list of nominations, the Art Council and the audience will choose the winning works or artists depending on each category.

Shine Like The Stars is inspired by the stars. "Toa" both means that the artists spread positive things to everyone during the past difficult year, It just means that they are always actively contributing to the Vietnamese music industry to shine like stars.

Zing Music Awards (ZMA) là giải thưởng âm nhạc trực tuyến thường niên do Zing MP3 tổ chức với mục đích tôn vinh nỗ lực của các nghệ sĩ, phản ánh bức tranh toàn cảnh về thị trường âm nhạc, cũng như thị hiếu khán giả nghe nhạc trực tuyến. Giải thưởng vào số liệu bảng xếp hạng #zingchart của Zing MP3 để đưa ra danh sách đề cử, Hội đồng nghệ thuật và khán giả sẽ chọn ra những tác phẩm hoặc nghệ sĩ đạt giải tùy theo từng hạng mục.

Toả Như Vì Tinh Tú được lấy cảm hứng từ các vì sao. "Toả" vừa mang ý nghĩa là các nghệ sĩ lan toả những điều tích cực đến với mọi người trong một năm đầy khó khăn vừa qua, vừa mang ý nghĩa họ vẫn luôn tích cực đóng góp cho nền âm nhạc Việt Nam để toả sáng như các vì tinh tú.
