New years eve is always a ridiculous night. With hundreds of parties going on around town it's hard to decide what you actually want to do. A few buddies and I linked up and found a location to throw our own underground party. We wanted to stay true to the location (an old church) and came up with "MASS"
THE LOGO
THE TEXT-FRIENDLY GIF
We opted to refrain from making a facebook event and went with texting a .gif to our immediate promoter friends. The idea was to tease the idea of an underground event without giving away too much. People bit the lure. Word started to spread.
TIME TO STEP IT UP
I wanted to take the design a bit further than a text-friendly gif would allow - so we turned to instagram for our promo videos.

I wanted to catch people's attention a bit differently so I went with a 16-bit teaser.
