This house was a total renovation project. It is located in Portland, Tennessee. The work that it required was: new outdoor siding, replacement of flooring, walls, and roof. In order to make the house livable and ready to sell, rot had to be replaced, the flooring was replaced with new carpet and tile flooring, the bathroom was entirely gutted, the ceiling in the kitchen was raised in order to allow a chandelier to be hung, the entire house was repainted, landscaping was done, and all of the existing appliances were replaced.
