NOR BLUE NOR PINK | Entrepreneurship Module

This group project was done as a part of the Design Entrepreneurship module at NID. The objective was to come up with a hypothetical brand/enterprise to address a problem area. We were exposed to concepts about Market Sizing, Customer Segmentation, Value Proposition, and tried to understand the process of setting up one's own business.
PROBLEM AREA:

The clothing industry barely caters to people who do not fit into society's rigid gender binary. There is a serious lack of options for gender expression and experimentation due to the prevalence of queer phobia. And even if these options are present, they are either too hard to procure, or too pricey.
SOLUTION:

We decided that we wanted to focus on the queer community as our target market, and to create a brand which would provide for their needs and celebrate their identity.
