ECOVATIVE BRAND FILM
3D Motion
Ecovative
Is a company that has pioneered the science of mycelium (mushrooms). They grow fully formed products that replace plastics, leather, animal agriculture and much much more.

OUR OBJECTIVE
Create a brand film that introduces the Ecovative company and explains their technology to potential clients and partners, as well as the general public.

WE INTRODUCED
Ecovative’s mycelium as a Super Material platform that is now ready to be scaled up to replace environmentally harmful products.

SHOWED
The scalability by comparing Ecovative’s foundry to a forest quickly growing millions of pounds of this incredible and essential to life material.

EXPLAINED
Ecovative’s scalability by showing beautiful and useful products that can be created with mycelium now and in the near future.

What exactly is mycelium?
Mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms, is a renewable bio-material hidden right beneath our feet that humans have been unable to harness — until now.

ENDLESS POSIBILITIES
There are millions of different species of fungi, which means millions of possible materials
with countless potential qualities.

A NATURAL POLYMER
After millions of years of evolution, the innate intelligence of fungi means we don't need to micromanage their growth. By selecting the right strain and creating the right conditions, we can encourage mycelium into the exact forms we need. It's a partnership forged in nature, and refined in our labs, to the benefit of the Earth.

The Mycelium Foundry
Ecovative's Mycelium Foundry offers research and development services to develop sustainable, biodegradable, earth-friendly products using natural mycelial materials.
