External and Internal upgrading of existing Post-Modern office block to make it fitting of its superb location in the Gateway Precinct. Special attention to the rationalization of the internal atrium was needed. The build was particularly difficult and needed intricate programming due to East Coast radio being ‘Live’ throughout the build.
